Spindle Units for Milling, belt-driven

Type Series RSK

Milling Spindles of type series RSK are designed for a high load capacity and medium speeds. The spindle heads are designed according to DIN 2079 (cones). Tool clamping is fail-safe utilizing a disc spring package; releasing the tools is done hydraulically (system OTT-JAKOB or alternative suppliers). Tool clamping systems from other manufacturers, as well as designs with central cooling, oil feeding, or status check of the drawbar's position is available upon request.

Lifetime grease lubrication.

Type Series RHK

Milling Spindles of type series RHK are equipped with UKF ultrahigh-speed bearings for higher rotation speeds. The spindle heads are designed as receivers for cone hollow shafts form A (HSK-A) according to DIN 69063.

Type Series RHC

The fastest speeds for belt-driven milling spindles of type series RHC are achieved through UKF Hybrid Spindle Bearings. The spindle head features on HSK-C receiver, by GÜHRING, for convenient tool changing. Tool clamping is done manually with the 4-point clamping device, integrated in attachment flange. A rotary joint (GAT-ROTODISC S) for the through-spindle delivery of coolants can be provided as an option.

Alternative rotary joints or cooling liquid systems upon inquiry.
